Role Description
IT Specialist – ERP, API, E-commerce (Mumbai | Onsite)
We’re hiring an IT Specialist to manage and scale our technology systems at DiamondXE.
What you’ll do:
- Manage jewellery ERP systems
- Handle API integrations (inventory, suppliers, marketplaces)
- Maintain e-commerce platform performance
- Ensure real-time inventory sync
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Improve processes through automation
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Experience with ERP and e-commerce systems
- Strong understanding of APIs and integrations
- Problem-solving mindset with business understanding
