Information Technology Specialist responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations across the organization. Role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving capability, and the ability to support users and systems in fast-paced business environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, applications, and networks
- Support day-to-day IT operations and user requests across departments
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance activities
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs
- Support network connectivity, security protocols, and backup processes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on technology-related initiatives
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or technical operations roles
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and cloud-based environments
- Experience with networking, system administration, and user support tools
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices and IT compliance standards
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar are an advantage
