Information Technology Specialist responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure that enable smooth business operations. - Support system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on system enhancements

- Understanding of IT security practices and access control
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles
Additional Advantage
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or relevant IT certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and tools
