We’re looking for an IT Specialist who ensures that everything just works — quietly, consistently, and without disruption.
This role is at the core of day-to-day operations. From setting up systems to troubleshooting issues and maintaining infrastructure, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps teams productive.

What You’ll Own
- Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and workplace systems for employees
- Manage user access, permissions, and system security protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime
- Maintain office networks, internet connectivity, and basic infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service-related requirements
- Ensure data backups, updates, and system health checks are regularly maintained
- Document IT processes, setups, and issue resolutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networks, and basic security practices
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently
- Clear communication and a solution-oriented approach
- Reliability — people should know things won’t get stuck with you
