Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Information Technology Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring security, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing support for hardware and software-related problems. The role also involves collaborating with team members to implement technology solutions that align with business objectives, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on the latest IT trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure seamless and secure operations
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to effectively address and resolve technical issues
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and supporting end-users in diverse environments
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a demanding, fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and familiarity with IT best practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
