Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Solutions Specialist, based at the Delhi office. The responsibilities include identifying customer IT solutions needs, delivering tailored solutions, integrating software systems, managing IT projects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The specialist will also play a key role in driving sales efforts by offering technical support and expertise to clients. A focus on innovative technology and seamless execution will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Solutions and Information Technology concepts to evaluate, recommend, and implement technology strategies.
- Experience in managing integration projects, ensuring compatibility and seamless communication between software systems.
- Strong skills in Sales and customer interaction to identify client needs and provide effective technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles to oversee solution delivery and ensure timely completion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT solutions or software implementation is an advantage.
