Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Information Technology Services Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing efficient technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting IT-related issues, and implementing effective network and security solutions. Additional responsibilities include ensuring seamless IT service managemen, Managed Soc, t and delivering exceptional customer service to meet client needs and improve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Information Technology, and IT systems
- Strong Troubleshooting and IT Service Management skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks independently
- Experience with software and hardware maintenance is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
