Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, tailored for an Information Technology Services Specialist. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT service tickets, ensuring IT infrastructure functionality, and delivering excellent customer support. The Specialist will also work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth IT operations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Technical Support and IT Service Management processes.
- Proficiency in Information Technology systems and Troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with industry best practices for IT service delivery and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
