Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
• Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer automations
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
• Strong experience in ITSM modules
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflow
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture

Certification

• ServiceNow ITSM Certification – Mandatory
