Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Service Desk professional, located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing IT-related issues, and ensuring seamless IT service management. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, assisting end users with technology concerns, and delivering excellent customer service to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues
- Strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Service Management
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team environment with effective communication skills
- Familiarity with IT tools, ticketing systems, and remote support software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications in IT support or IT service management, such as ITIL, are an advantage
