ReCloud offers a mix of SaaS products, AI-enabled HR sourcing, candidate assessment, IT consulting, PMO support, project management, and technology consulting services. The company is also building Rechal, an intelligent hiring engine designed to help companies source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate hiring faster using AI-led workflows.
At ReCloud, we work with clients across sectors such as IT, cybersecurity, financial services, oil exploration, and other business domains, helping them solve talent, technology, and operational challenges with speed, structure, and innovation.
We are now looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales and Marketing Executive who can support both sales and marketing activities, use modern AI tools effectively, and help us grow our SaaS and services business.
3. Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and communication-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with 0–5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with market research, lead generation, client communication, sales outreach, proposal support, presentation creation, and marketing content preparation. This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow in a fast-moving SaaS and services environment and is excited about using LLM tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
You will work closely with the leadership team to identify prospects, research markets, create sales materials, support client conversations, and contribute to business growth.
4. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers for ReCloud’s SaaS products and services.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct market research on target industries, competitors, buyer needs, and emerging trends.
- Prepare sales presentations, company profiles, service decks, proposal drafts, and client-facing documents.
- Use LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for research, content creation, outreach messaging, proposal support, and productivity improvement.
- Assist in creating marketing content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, brochures, pitch decks, and website material.
- Communicate with prospects and clients professionally through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain lead lists, follow-up trackers, CRM updates, and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings, client requirements, and proposal inputs.
- Support product/service positioning for SaaS, AI-enabled hiring solutions, recruitment services, and IT consulting offerings.
- Help schedule client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility, digital presence, and go-to-market activities.
5. Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development basics.
- Ability to research companies, industries, competitors, and decision-makers.
- Good presentation creation skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience using LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools.
- Ability to write clear emails, LinkedIn messages, marketing content, and proposal drafts.
- Good understanding of SaaS, IT services, consulting, or recruitment services is an advantage.
- Confident in client communication and follow-ups.
- Strong ownership, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
6. Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and SaaS sales cycles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, or content marketing.
- Ability to create sales collaterals, one-pagers, case-study drafts, and pitch decks.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for lead generation, content writing, research, and automation.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, HR tech, staffing, IT consulting, cloud services, or enterprise technology services.
- Comfortable working directly with founders or senior leadership.
7. Experience Required
0–5 years of experience
Freshers with strong communication, research, AI-tool usage, and presentation skills may also apply.
8. Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Applications, or any relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, or related specialization will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
9. Tools and Technologies
The candidate should be comfortable using or willing to learn:
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar LLM tools
- Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Email marketing and outreach tools
- Basic collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet
