Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist, located in Agra. The role involves generating new business opportunities through lead generation, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include providing tailored IT solutions to meet client needs, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to overall sales targets. The individual will work closely with technical teams to ensure clients' expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in IT Sales and a strong understanding of the Information Technology landscape
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management with a focus on client relationship building
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex IT solutions clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics to track sales performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; equivalent work experience is also valued
- Previous experience with IT staff augmentation or software development solutions is a strong asset
