Job Title: IT Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and selling our suite of IT products and services. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical curiosity and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, Business Owners) to ensure repeat business.
- Solution Selling: Understand client business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process, address objections, and close contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:2–5 years of proven experience in IT sales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT products and services, such as techs like SaaS, AI solution ,
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Negotiation: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and handling complex negotiations.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel: Flexibility to travel locally or internationally for client meetings and industry events as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New client acquisition and lead conversion rates.
- Total revenue generated vs. quarterly sales targets.
- Client retention and upsell/cross-sell growth.
