Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, promoting IT products and solutions, and building long-term relationships with customers. The role involves providing tailored solutions to meet client needs, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and building customer relationships
- Knowledge of Information Technology products, solutions, and trends
- Excellent Communication skills, including proficiency in negotiation and presentation
- Self-motivation, result-driven attitude, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Sales experience in the IT industry is preferred
- Experience working in Gurugram or surrounding areas is beneficial
