We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IndiaMart, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, generating leads for IT products/services, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert IndiaMart IT inquiries into qualified business leads.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients in the IT industry.
- Conduct cold calling to pitch IT services/products and generate new leads.
- Understand customer requirements related to IT solutions and present appropriate offerings.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of IT prospects.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure updated sales tracking.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales team for proposal creation and deal closure.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales or Inside Sales.
- Strong command over IndiaMart lead handling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for IT prospecting.
- Proven ability in cold calling, IT lead generation, and conversion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of basic IT services/products (Web Development, Software, CRM, IT Solutions, etc.).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
