We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to support the growth of our IT services vertical. This role is ideal for candidates with prior sales experience who are passionate about technology sales and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
The position involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth, primarily focusing on B2B IT sales.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT services and digital solutions
* Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
* Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
* Work on B2B IT sales (corporates, startups, enterprises, and partners)
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
* Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
* Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
