About the Role:
Zennsoft Inc. is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (US Staffing) with strong expertise in W2 (80%) and C2C (20%) hiring, along with full-time recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates via platforms like Dice and Monster
- Work on W2, C2C, and full-time roles
- Collaborate with implementation partners and prime vendors
- Screen candidates and conduct initial technical evaluation
- Negotiate pay rates and manage onboarding
- Maintain ATS records and ensure timely submissions
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in US IT staffing
- Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
- Experience with vendors and client coordination
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred:
- Hiring in niche skills (Cloud, DevOps, AI, Data)
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools
