We are looking for a IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles (permanent, contract, or project-based).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team culture.
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker / ATS regularly.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche and high-demand skills.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 months-3 months experience or Fresher years with experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of technical skills and job functions (Java, Python, React, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics is an advantage.
Good to Have:
- Experience hiring for cloud, data science, and emerging tech roles.
- Exposure to Middle East or global IT hiring.
- Knowledge of contract staffing / talent consulting models.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
