IT Recruiter | Technical Hiring
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office
Experience: 2+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical hiring to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience hiring for a wide range of technology positions in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across client and internal requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, database, references, and networking
- Screen and assess candidates on technical fit, communication, stability, availability, location, and compensation
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, technical panels, and clients
- Build strong talent pipelines for both niche and volume hiring
- Drive candidate engagement from sourcing to offer closure and joining
- Maintain accurate updates in ATS, trackers, and internal systems
- Partner closely with Recruitment Managers and delivery teams to ensure quality closures within timelines
Roles You Will Support
Hiring will majorly be for:
IT roles across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, ERP, CRM, Data Analytics, MES, and related technology areas.
This role will also support strategic headhunting for leadership and niche positions such as:
CXO, VP, Director, Account Delivery Head (ADH), Account Manager (AM), Practice Head, Solutions Architect, Sales Head, and other critical business or technology leadership roles.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
- Strong exposure to hiring for Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Systems, ERP, CRM, AI, Data Analytics, MES, or related technology roles
- Good experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, and offer management
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing channels
- Ability to work with speed, quality, and ownership in a delivery-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- BE / BTech preferred, ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering-related disciplines
Preferred
- Prior experience in IT Services / Staffing / Consulting environment
- Experience managing multiple technical roles simultaneously
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred
