Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Information Technology Recruiter. The role involves conducting full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates with a focus on IT and technical recruitment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent, conducting interviews, and managing offers. The recruiter will also maintain applicant databases, analyze recruitment metrics, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and hands-on expertise in every stage of the hiring process
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting with a clear understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends
- Strong skills in candidate Hiring and Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
