Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, updates, and hiring status.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments.
- Ability to close positions within defined timelines.
