Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Indore for an Information Technology Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies for technical roles, and maintaining candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves using recruitment tools and techniques to identify, attract, and engage with qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Strong skills in Hiring and building a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with evolving technology trends and IT roles
