Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT hiring (3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
