Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Recruiter for an on-site position in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, identify qualified candidates, and build a pool of top-tier talent. Maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring talent acquisition strategies align with organizational goals will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Work Mode: WFO only
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes
- Experience in Technical Recruiting, Hiring, and building effective hiring strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates to suitable roles
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree.
