Preferred candidate profile:
- BCA, MCA, B.Tech graduates preferred
- 5 years of Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment experience
- 3 years of experience in US, UK international recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Role & responsibilities:
- Understand technical hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial technical screening interviews through calling or online meeting
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process
