We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT roles, while working closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill requirements efficiently.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Understand client/job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
- Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring deadlines
- Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout and onboarding process
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic or international)
- Good understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, support, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Experience in US / Europe / UK recruitment (if applicable)
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
