Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The IT Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements, utilizing innovative techniques to attract qualified candidates, conducting technical screenings, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite)
Experience: 1 Year (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA – HR preferred
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent roles
- Vendor handling and coordination for IT staffing requirements
- Source profiles through vendors, job portals, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding support
Required Skills- Minimum 1 year experience in IT recruitment
- Mandatory vendor management experience
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, BA, AI/ML, Full Stack)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Good to Have- Experience in staffing / consulting companies
- Exposure to contract hiring and rate negotiations
- Immediate joiner preferred
