IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday–Saturday)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pune – Kharadi,Bangalore
Relocation: Not Allowed
Location Preference: Current and preferred location should be Bangalore or Pune
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, Boolean search, stakeholder management, and closing positions within timelines. Target achievement is mandatory with a minimum of 5 onboarded joiners per month.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Conduct candidate screening for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures
Handle offer negotiation and candidate engagement
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring pipeline
Ensure recruitment process compliance and SLA adherence
Required Skills
Strong experience in IT hiring and end-to-end recruitment
Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must deliver 5 onboarded joiners per month
Preferred
Experience in IT services / product hiring
Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting dashboards
