We are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. If you have experience hiring for SAP, Java, Full Stack, Automation, and Testing roles, we’d love to connect with you!
💼 What you'll do:
• End-to-end IT recruitment for C2H roles
• Source and screen candidates via job portals & LinkedIn
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage interview pipelines
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔ 2+ years of IT recruitment experience
✔ Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills
✔ Immediate joiner or short notice period
