Infojini Consulting is looking for IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. If you have experience in IT recruitment and strong communication skills, we would love to connect with you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and follow up with shortlisted candidates
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines
🔹 Required Skills:
• Experience in IT recruitment preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
