🚀 Hiring: Senior US IT Recruiter | Remote (EST Hours)
We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for the US market.
This is a fully remote role, requiring alignment with EST working hours and the ability to manage fast-paced hiring demands.
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Shift: EST (US Time Zone)
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
💰 Salary: Open
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time roles
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
• Manage client communication and requirement understanding
• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS updates
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
• Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster
• Good knowledge of US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
• Ability to work in EST hours

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Target-driven and detail-oriented
