Role Description
The Information Technology Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting, with an understanding of IT skillsets and technologies
- Strong Recruiting skills, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience recruiting for the IT industry is highly desirable
