Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai India

Work Model: Initially, this will be work from home until we resume office operations.

Shift: EST shift

Joining: Preferred Immediate or within 30 days considering of notice period

Salary: As per market standards

Job Summary:

Cogent Infotech is hiring in Chennai for the position of IT Recruiter. We are seeking target-driven individuals with 1–5 years of recruitment experience to join our team.

Must Have Details:

• US staffing experience is a must.
• Candidate with IT & Engineering recruitment experience
• A strong mind set for targets, closures and delivery is essential.
• Direct client exposure and W2 Experience

Key Expectations:

• Target-driven approach to hiring
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong sourcing and follow-up skills
• Good communication
• Willingness to work in EST shift
