#Key_Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 + years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science).
- Proven sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and HR databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
