You’ll enjoy this role if you:
✔ Have 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience
✔ Have managed end-to-end hiring
✔ Enjoy building and maintaining candidate pipelines
✔ Have exposure to hiring in HCM / HRMS / HR Tech / Dayforce / Oracle Cloud (good to have)
✔ Work closely with delivery / account teams to anticipate hiring demand
✔ Believe in clear and timely communication with candidates
✔Lead all things HR — onboarding, compliance, team engagement, and beyond.
✔Keep operations running smoothly — step in wherever needed to support internal systems, processes, and team efficiency.
✔ Immediate starters preferred
