Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for an Information Technology Recruiter ANZ. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. The role also involves facilitating the technical recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all stakeholders. The recruiter will play a key role in hiring top talent for the organization’s IT needs in the ANZ region.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Expertise in Technical Recruiting and ability to source and assess technical talent
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes with an understanding of industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
