Role Description The Information Technology Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects that support HAC’s learning platforms, internal systems, and technology infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and monitoring project risks and dependencies. The IT Project Manager collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensures clear communication across technical and non-technical teams, and provides regular status updates and documentation. The role also involves improving project management processes, supporting system implementation and integration, and ensuring projects align with HAC’s mission and operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Planning to manage multiple initiatives, define milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with software development or implementation, system integration, and IT best practices.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and present project updates.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a project management certification (such as PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience managing IT projects in an education, edtech, or service-oriented environment is beneficial.
