Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and develop proposals to meet client needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Prior experience in business development IT or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Background with IT is must
