Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who is technically sound and capable of effectively managing client communication and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and other technical teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Conduct regular client meetings and project status updates.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong technical understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects.
- Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in IT services or software development environments.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / project management methodologies.
