We are looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Project Manager to handle IT/software projects, coordinate with international clients, and manage development workflows using modern AI tools.
Location
- Hybrid Work
- Preferred candidates from:
- Kochi
- Chennai
- Malayalam or Tamil speaking candidates preferred
Salary & Contract
- ₹20,000 per month
- 1-month probation period
- Initial 4-month contract
- Contract can be extended based on performance after 3–4 months
- Performance-based bonus after successful probation
- Strong growth opportunity for long-term role
What You’ll Do
- Manage software/web development projects
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, and testers
- Communicate with foreign clients professionally
- Track tasks and project delivery using Jira
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc. to improve productivity
- Help with project planning, reporting, and presentations
- Ensure timely delivery and quality execution
Skills RequiredMust Have
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills
- Experience with Jira or project tracking tools
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools
- Good coordination and client management skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript technologies
- Understanding of:
- React / Node.js workflows
- UI/UX concepts
- QA/testing process
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
