Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Project Lead based in Pune. The Project Lead will oversee IT projects, manage network infrastructure, implement network security protocols, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal performance of IT systems. The role also includes coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to address IT concerns and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
- Strong foundations in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to address technical challenges effectively
- Proven ability to oversee IT project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and final evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in IT or network-related fields (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
- Prior experience of 2-3 years in a similar role, particularly in the financial sector, is an advantage
