Role Description
The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Key responsibilities include coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within scope. This involves monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication among team members, resolving project risks, and maintaining project documentation. The coordinator will act as a link between stakeholders to ensure objectives are clearly defined and met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to handle timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Information Technology tools and platforms relevant to project management.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to identify potential challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
