Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and manage Mobile Application and Web3 development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality technology solutions while ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Product lifecycle for mobile and Web3 development projects.
- Work closely with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with mobile developers, blockchain/Web3 teams, and backend engineers.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings following Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and smooth deployment of applications.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within IT services or product development.
- Experience managing mobile application development projects (iOS / Android / Cross-platform).
- Understanding of Web3 / Blockchain-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum project management methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Web3 ecosystems, smart contracts, or decentralized applications (dApps).
- Understanding of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Solidity, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing international clients or offshore teams.
