Job Position: IT Operations Executive
Location: Surat | On-site
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday | 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Role Overview:
We are looking for a technically skilled IT Operations Executive to manage daily IT operations, user administration, device management, technical support, and endpoint security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID & SharePoint Online.
- User account creation, permissions, licensing & access management.
- Device management for Windows, macOS & iOS.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & Outlook-related issues.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
- Support data backup, migration, application deployment & system recovery.
- Monitor endpoint compliance and assist with basic cybersecurity.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and asset records.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software and technical support.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune & Entra ID.
- Experience in endpoint/device management and IT support.
- Knowledge of RBAC, MDM, backup & data migration.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have:
PowerShell | Microsoft Defender | Exchange Online | Apple Business Manager | Azure/AWS | ITIL
