Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for an Information Technology Operations Manager. The individual will oversee IT operations, manage technical support teams, ensure system and service reliability, and implement robust IT management practices. Responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure, handling IT service management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the company's technological framework. The role also involves ensuring full compliance with security and regulatory standards in IT systems.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in IT Operations and comprehensive knowledge of IT Management principles
- Proficiency in Information Technology frameworks and IT Service Management methodologies
- Hands-on expertise in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within financial services or regulated environments is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement efficient IT policies and procedures
