*About the Role:*
We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager (Infrastructure & Operations) to own and scale IT across our factory and offices.
This role goes beyond traditional IT — you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing networks, hardware, and on-prem systems, while also driving the transition to cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with shop-floor systems, including barcode/RFID setups, ERP integrations, and IoT devices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Networking: Ensure reliable Wi-Fi connectivity across factory floors and offices; manage network infrastructure including switches, access points, and firewalls
2. Business Hardware: Procure, configure, and maintain laptops / desktops / meeting room AV video conferencing equipment
3. Industrial IT & IoT: Set up and maintain barcode/RFID hardware, IoT devices, edge computing systems (e.g., Raspberry Pi), operator terminals, and sensors; collaborate with teams to integrate and stream data into ERPNext
4. Servers & Cloud: Manage on-premises servers and lead the transition to cloud infrastructure
5. Security: Ensure IT security across on-prem systems and cloud tools (Google Workspace and ERPNext)
6. Google Workspace: Administer our Google Workspace – user management, security policies, and integrations (training can be provided)
*Qualifications and Skills:*
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a manufacturing setup
- Experience integrating and managing hardware (IoT, industrial systems) with software systems (ERP, cloud infrastructure)
- Strong networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
