IT Manager
Location: Shirwal (Satara District, near Pune, Maharashtra)

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across all Nipro entities in India.
- This is a factory-based leadership role located in Shirwal (near Pune), responsible for overseeing SAP S/4HANA, digitalization of patient data systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity across manufacturing, sales, warehouse, and healthcare operations.
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT leader who thrives in complex, multi-location environments and is passionate about innovation, data integrity, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT operations, systems, and infrastructure across factories, offices, and warehouses in India.
- Oversee implementation, optimization, and governance of SAP S/4HANA across Manufacturing, Sales, and Service business units.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including patient data management systems and Industry 4.0 programs.
- Manage IT support for dialysis treatment management software, including deployment, customer support, upgrades, and regulatory compliance (Indian and global healthcare standards).
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture, data protection frameworks, and ensure compliance with global IT governance and Indian data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align with corporate standards, architecture, and strategy defined by Nipro Corporation, Japan.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead IT investment planning and ROI management across business units.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multi-location IT team.
- Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 10–15 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and management.
- Proven track record in digital transformation initiatives and patient data systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, IT governance, and data protection frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP Certified Consultant
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ITIL
- Healthcare IT certifications (e.g., HITRUST)
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure), preferably in regulated industries
