About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Java technologies and cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading large-scale application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise migration initiatives, while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Cloud migration leadership: Drive end-to-end cloud migration and application modernization programs.
- Enterprise Java migration: Manage migration of enterprise Java applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Program management: Oversee program planning, delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Migration strategies: Define and implement strategies including rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, and modernization.
- Governance adherence: Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
- Progress monitoring: Track project progress, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Agile facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams.
- Leadership reporting: Work closely with leadership to provide status updates, dashboards, and manage escalations.
- Presales support: Assist in presales activities, solution discussions, and client presentations when required.
