Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Manager based in Ahmedabad. The IT Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems, and lead a team of IT professionals. Responsibilities include managing networks, systems, and hardware; developing IT strategies; ensuring data security; troubleshooting issues; and supporting the integration of technology into operational processes to enhance productivity and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network management, system administration, and hardware maintenance
- Experience in IT strategy development, troubleshooting, and implementing IT solutions
- Knowledge of data security practices and IT compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of IT professionals effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
