About FedEx ACC:

The FedEx Advanced Capability Center (ACC) in India serves as a strategic hub for technology, operations, and shared services, supporting global business priorities. The ACC brings together diverse talent to drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions in a highly collaborative, multicultural environment.


Lead and manage a team of employees and contractors to deliver and support critical applications within the FedEx ACC. The role requires strong people leadership and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multicultural, and multi-geography environment, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned to global business priorities.

Responsibilities


People Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of employees and contractors
  • Drive engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance across a diverse workforce
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships effectively


Application Delivery & Support

  • Oversee end-to-end application delivery, support, and maintenance
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and adherence to SLAs
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies
  • Act as a key interface between business and IT
  • Communicate priorities, risks, and progress to leadership


Operational Excellence

  • Monitor KPIs and drive service delivery excellence
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization


Strategic Contribution

  • Support execution of IT strategy and transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to resource planning and delivery roadmap

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
  • 10–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in people management
  • Experience managing application teams in a global environment
  • Strong exposure to IT service management (ITIL preferred)
